Leeds United are closing in on the signing of AC Milan forward Noah Okafor, with the transfer announcement imminent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Okafor interest from Leeds United<\/a> was first called by Leeds United News<\/strong>. It was then outlined by Beren Cross that\u00a0Leeds were seriously considering a move for Okafor<\/a> from AC Milan ahead of the deadline.<\/p>\n

It was also quickly made clear that\u00a0Milan are open to selling Okafor<\/a>\u00a0before the transfer deadline. However, the deal has since accelerated rapidly and Leeds are close to wrapping it up on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Further\u00a0Okafor movement was expected yesterday<\/a> and\u00a0then LUN\u00a0<\/strong>exclusively revealed\u00a0Okafor to Leeds is a done deal<\/a> pending a medical, which Okafor has been pictured flying in for<\/a> since then.<\/p>\n

Everton and Arsenal had late Okafor interest<\/a>\u00a0but the versatile forward who can be utilised as either a winger or striker is on his way to West Yorkshire instead.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It means\u00a0Okafor should be signed in time for Arsenal<\/a>\u00a0at the Emirates on Saturday, and\u00a0it\u2019s also been revealed that Daniel\u00a0Farke has been instrumental throughout the Okafor deal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fabrizio Romano then confirmed Noah Okafor has passed his medical last night. He states all documents are signed between Leeds and Milan with a club statement to follow on Thursday. The question over a final fee has been somewhat confusing, though. <\/p>\n
