Meghan Markle<\/a> is whipping something up in the kitchen.\n<\/p>\n On Aug. 19, the Duchess of Sussex, 44, posted a new video to her Instagram<\/a> that showed her making a pasta dish in what appeared to be her home kitchen in Montecito, California.\n<\/p>\n Meghan was makeup-free in the quick clip, set to the song “Mia Cara, Mia Amore” by Annette Funicello, and showed her preparing the recipe with garlic, lemons, olive oil and spaghetti. A close look showed a few jars of As ever preserves<\/a> on the counter, a signature item from her lifestyle line.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n The Duchess of Sussex topped the pasta with fresh basil, grated cheese and more olive oil, smiling with pride at her creation after it was plated.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n From there, the camera cut to the pasta dish on a table and Meghan pouring her As ever ros\u00e9<\/a> in a wine glass beside.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n “Cooking up more than pasta (with homemade preserved lemons)\u2026..so much goodness is coming soon \ud83d\udcab,” she wrote below the video.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n The Duchess of Sussex was casually dressed in the clip that appeared to give an intimate glimpse into her home, where she lives with Prince Harry<\/a> and their children, Prince Archie<\/a>, 6, and Princess Lilibet<\/a>, 4.\n<\/p>\n Meghan Markle’s Instagram video on Aug. 19, 2025.<\/p>\n Meghan, Duchess of Sussex\/Instagram<\/p>\n Meghan has previously posted Instagram videos<\/a> from her home kitchen, but she told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview<\/a> why she didn’t film her Netflix series With Love, Meghan at her house.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n “I wanted to protect that safe haven,” the Duchess of Sussex said. “We\u2019re a close-knit family, and I love those moments \u2014 putting Lili down for a nap, having lunch together, having sacred time together at the end of the day.”\n<\/p>\n “Our kitchen is where Mama just cooks for the family, and with a crew of 80-plus people, that\u2019s a lot of people to have in your house!” she added.\n<\/p>\n PEOPLE Magazine, March 17, 2025.<\/p>\n Can’t get enough of PEOPLE’s Royals coverage? According to Netflix’s Engagement Report<\/a> released July 17, which detailed what viewers watched in the first half of 2025, With Love ranked at number 383 with 5.3 million views.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n PEOPLE exclusively revealed that With Love, Meghan would return for a second season<\/a> this fall and the series is set to debut on Tuesday, Aug. 26.\n<\/p>\n Chrissy Teigen<\/a>, Tan France<\/a>, Jay Shetty<\/a>, Radhi Devlukia, Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s<\/a>, Clare Smyth, David Chang, Samin Nosrat, Jamie Kern Lima<\/a>, Heather Dorak and Daniel Martin<\/a> will join as guests.
