Fabrizio Romano has stated that Manchester United will be \u201coffered\u201d a cheap deal to sign a France star who\u2019s available after a \u201cviolent\u201d bust-up at his current club.<\/p>\n
United<\/strong><\/a> have spent the latter stages of the summer window attempting to land a new midfielder.
