A man has been arrested after a number of shed burglaries and attempted thefts in Bolton<\/a>. Police were called to reports of multiple incidents across the Highfield and New Bury<\/a> areas of Farnworth on Sunday morning (April 20).<\/p>\n

The calls were made between 4am and 8am. A suspect has been identified by police and is currently in custody for questioning.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the GMP division in Bolton said: “Between 4am and 8am this morning there have been numerous reports of shed burglaries and attempted thefts across the Highfield and New Bury areas of Farnworth.<\/p>\n

“Following extensive enquiries by PC Scott, the male has subsequently been identified by the South Neighbourhood Team. The male, aged 48, remains in custody for questioning.”<\/p>\n
