The usually reliable social media source for transfer window activity, Fabrizio Romano, says that Everton have rejected enquiries for the services of Iliman Ndiaye from clubs in both the Premier League and Serie A.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Given the struggle Everton have experienced finding new players to strengthen a threadbare squad this summer, the possibility of one of the better players in the squad being tempted to depart for an opportunity at a different club is difficult to contemplate.\u00a0<\/p>\n Hopefully this is just part and parcel of the normal transfer business where talented players are under constant ‘monitoring’ by the recruitment teams at other clubs. Obviously the player must be well aware of what his agent is doing.
So I guess if the money is right he will be sold, the problem being we cant attract players as it is if we sell our best attacking option what message does that send to possible replacements. <\/p>\n

Always looks a threat and can imagine if he had decent players around him he could move up a level.
Full of energy and never gives up, often tracking back to help the defence and then swiftly reverts back to his forward duties when we are on the attack.
Need to fill the side with players like him instead of selling him.
Quite a few talentless players we should be looking to sell before him, but sadly on too high wages to want to leave and also nobody wants them. <\/p>\n

Nottingham Forest have contacted Aston Villa about bringing Poland full-back Matty Cash, 28, back to the club and have also made an offer to sign Sevilla’s Spanish right-back, Jose Angel Carmona, 23.

Did well at wolves at first but was on the way to taking them down before they got rid of him. Couldn’t handle the pressure at Spurs and feel he would struggle the same here. Didn’t last long in Saudi and was looking for a way back into the Prem. Started really well at Forest, but struggled at the end of the season and seems to be heading in a similar direction to that at Wolves now. <\/p>\n

The Board and Chairman have the authority to hire and fire who they want and lack of success will put their positions in the firing line.
The criticisms seem to be. based on our game against Leeds, mine included. The game was between a newly promoted team at home with a fully fit squad, against a team who struggled to fill in injured players with suitable replacements.
Regardless of all their possession Leeds scored 1 goal from a penalty ? Everton did not play well but it appeared to do more with an unbalanced team with a couple of regular players well below form.
Would a new owner appearing make a difference I doubt it.
I watched the game over again last night, without the walking up and down and screaming and yelling at the tv, and though it was not great it did not seem to be as bad as I originally thought.
After 1 game I do not think changing the manager will make any difference, have we not tried that over the last 8or9 seasons. Ask yourself what team would I have picked with the players available. <\/p>\n
