Sheffield Wednesday are the next team to head to Wrexham\u2019s Racecourse ground, with the Owls arriving at 3pm on Saturday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wrexham<\/a> take on Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship on Saturday in what Phil Parkinson<\/a> will certainly view as a must-win game for his side.<\/p>\n

So far this season, Wrexham have lost their opening two Championship games<\/a>, with defeats against Southampton and West Brom last time out.<\/p>\n

Likewise, Sheffield Wednesday have lost their opening two games of the season, losing against Leicester City and then against Stoke City in the last game.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the weekend, Wrexham have signed Callum Doyle from Man City<\/a> in an \u00a38m deal, though whether the 21-year-old defender has arrived in time to feature on Saturday remains to be seen.<\/p>\n

But one Wrexham signing who will no doubt feature is Kieffer Moore<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wrexham signed Moore from Sheffield United<\/a> earlier in the summer, paying around \u00a32m to sign the Welsh international. And immediately, the 33-year-old impressed. Parkinson hailed Moore\u2019s debut performance against Southampton<\/a>, which actually saw him pick up an injury, though the big striker returned in time to start against West Brom last time out.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the press ahead of his side\u2019s trip to Wrexham, Sheffield Wednesday manager Henrik Pedersen even singled out Moore for praise. He said: \u201cHe\u2019s a fantastic Championship player. He is strong, but one thing is to be strong, the other thing is to have good timing in your run to go in the back of your defender so he can see you and the ball at the same time.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd then to find position who is painful for the defender. So it will be a big challenge but um we work to be prepared on this case, of course we do.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019ll be a new look and exciting attacking pairing for Parkinson, who will be hoping the Welsh international duo can cause Wednesday some upsets and finally get some points on the board for the Dragons.<\/p>\n
