Lando Norris has already had an incredible Formula One career so far, but he won\u2019t be looking to stop there in his pursuit of glory.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The British driver has spent his whole time on the grid with McLaren<\/a>, joining the team in 2019 as a rookie in F1<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There have been several Grand Prix wins for Lando Norris<\/a> in those six seasons with the Papaya team, but the ultimate goal of a drivers\u2019 championship victory still remains.<\/p>\n

So, with that said, here\u2019s a look at the top five best moments from his career so far.<\/p>\n

For many drivers, it is their dream to simply break into F1 and find a position on the grid for at least one season to show what they can do.<\/p>\n

For Lando Norris, that came in 2019 as he was given a chance at McLaren to impress alongside Carlos Sainz.<\/p>\n

The rookie had some reliability problems with the car during the campaign, finishing 11th in the championship overall.<\/p>\n

However, some promising qualifying performances certainly suggested there was more to come as he signed a contract extension.<\/p>\n

Maiden podium for Lando Norris \u2013 Austria 2020<\/p>\n

After a first season full of challenges, and a few high points along the way, Norris finally landed a maiden podium in 2020.<\/p>\n

It came in the season-opener in Austria, where he battled with Lewis Hamilton to land a place in third.<\/p>\n

His compatriot was handed a five second penalty for a collision earlier in the race, with Norris putting in a fastest lap in the race to beat one of his idols for a place on the podium.<\/p>\n

Lando Norris\u2019 maiden Grand Prix win \u2013 Miami 2024<\/p>\n

While it took just one season to land a first podium for Norris, it would take another four to get himself that maiden Grand Prix victory.<\/p>\n

That came in the 2024 Miami Grand Prix, where some good fortune with his pit timings and a safety car gave him an advantage.<\/p>\n

It took 110 race starts and 16 podiums for Norris to land that first win, with plenty more following since with McLaren.<\/p>\n

After years of showing promise, Norris finally threw himself into the drivers\u2019 championship conversation in 2024, following some impressive upgrades at McLaren.<\/p>\n

The British driver challenged Max Verstappen at the top, but was unable to push him off as the Dutchman sealed another triumph.<\/p>\n

With a second-placed finish under his belt, Norris will now be looking to go one step further and end up as the champion.<\/p>\n

Hungarian Grand Prix win in 2025<\/p>\n

McLaren became the clear frontrunner in 2025, with both Norris and Oscar Piastri battling it out at the top.<\/p>\n

Heading towards the summer break, the Australian star had the upper hand in the drivers\u2019 championship, putting his teammate under pressure after a retirement a few races earlier.<\/p>\n

Norris hit back, though, in an impressive drive at the Hungaroring, sealing a huge victory in the context of the championship.<\/p>\n
