Instead, diners will be treated to a dynamic, ever-changing tasting experience shaped entirely by Modou and his team, celebrating seasonality, bold flavours, and the power of storytelling through food.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Helmed by Senegalese-born Chef Modou Diagne, the visionary behind Glasgow\u2019s much-loved\u00a0<strong>111 by Modou<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0newly opened\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/trustbymodou.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trust by Modou<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0the pop-up Edinburgh restaurant invites guests to surrender control and embrace the unexpected. With no menu and no choices, diners are asked to place their full trust in the chef \u2013 and in return, receive an ever-changing, multi-course journey through Modou\u2019s creativity, culture, and passion.<\/p>\n<p>Trust by Modou at the Edinburgh Fringe will be located at Somewhere by Nico in the city\u2019s West End will seat a limited number of guests each evening, creating an intimate and theatrical food experience that echoes the spirit of the Fringe itself \u2013 spontaneous, surprising, and deeply personal.<\/p>\n<p>Chef Modou Diagne said: \u201cTRUST is about letting go \u2013 of expectations, of assumptions \u2013 and allowing yourself to be surprised.
