the Tube will take industrial action at different times from September 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The union claimed management had refused to engage seriously with its demands on pay, fatigue management, shift patterns and a reduction in the working week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  A separate dispute will also see RMT members\u00a0on London\u2019s Docklands Light Railway (DLR) strike from September of dates for the Tube strikes you need to know.\n<\/p>\n<p>  When are the Tube strikes taking place in September?<\/p>\n<p>\n  The full list of London Underground strike action taking place next month, according to RMT, is as follows:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ruslip Depot Operational Managers (separate to main dispute) to strike from 6pm on\u00a0Friday, September 5 to 5.59pm on Saturday, September 6 over pay parity.\u00a0\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track Access Controllers, London Underground Control Centre, Power\/Control and ERU members will strike between\u00a012.01am and 11.59pm on Sunday, September 7.\n  <\/li>\n<li>All Fleet (Except Engineering Vehicles Operations and Maintenance (formerly known as transplant) and ERU), Engineering, Stations and Trains members will strike between\u00a012.01am and 11.59pm on Monday, September 8.\n  <\/li>\n<li>Signallers,\u00a0Service Control and ERU members will strike between 12.01am and 11.59pm on Tuesday, September 9.\n  <\/li>\n<li>All Fleet (Except Engineering Vehicles Operations and\u00a0Maintenance (formerly known as transplant) and ERU), Engineering, Stations and Trains members will strike between 12.01am and 11.59pm on Wednesday, September 10.\n  <\/li>\n<li>Signallers and Service Control members will strike between 12.01am and 11.59pm on Thursday,\u00a0September\u00a011.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Why are the Tube strikes in September taking place?<\/p>\n<p>\n  Discussing the Tube strikes, RMT general secretary Eddie Dempsey said: \u201cOur members are doing a fantastic job to keep our capital moving and work strenuous shift patterns to make sure Londoners get to their destinations around the clock.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <strong>Recommended Reading\u00a0<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cThey are not after a King\u2019s ransom, but fatigue and extreme shift rotations are serious issues impacting on our members\u2019 health and wellbeing \u2013 all of which have not been adequately addressed for years by LU management.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cCoupled with the fact there are outstanding issues around staff travel arrangements, an atmosphere of distrust has been created, where our members feel like no-one is listening to them.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cRMT will continue to engage LU management with a view to seeking a revised offer in order to reach a negotiated settlement.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p><script async
