England could roast in a mini heatwave arriving in hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Although things appear to have cooled off in recent days, the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/birmingham-weather\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">temperature <\/a>could crank up a notch next week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">According to WX Charts, Merseyside, Bristol and Gloucestershire could experience target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">weather <\/a>outlook from Sunday (August 24) to Tuesday (August 26), the Met Office says there could be &#8220;increase amounts of increasing amounts of warm <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/birmingham-weather\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">sunshine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Breezier in the west on Tuesday with scattered showers spreading east through the day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Very warm in the east.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Look further ahead in the month, the Met Office has forecast both dry periods and more wet <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/birmingham-weather\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">weather <\/a>too with showers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">In its long-range forecast from August 27 to September 5, the Met Office said: &#8220;Low pressure is expected to dominate this forecast period, with bands of rain and showers, perhaps slow moving at times which could bring some fairly wet days for some places.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;That being said there will be a good deal of dry weather in between showers and frontal bands of rain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Winds could be strong at times, especially around coasts as low pressure systems move through.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;As has been the case over the last few days, and normal for the time of year, confidence in details is lower than average.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;This is due to the activity in the tropical Atlantic, and how any systems move into mid-latitudes to help develop further low pressure systems which may affect the UK.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Temperatures should be around average, still feeling pleasant enough during drier
