Police negotiators were at the scene as people asked to avoid residential area<\/p>\n

Police asked people to avoid an area of Cardiff as they deal with a a domestic incident. Officers were called to the incident involving a young male in a residential area.<\/p>\n

South Wales Police<\/a> said officers were called to the incident on Edington Avenue in Gabalfa at just after 5pm today<\/p>\n

Police negotiators are talking to the male this evening and the force is asking people to avoid the area while the incident is ongoing.<\/p>\n
