Manchester United are set to win the race for young Belgian keeper Senne Lammens. United have been monitoring the 22-year-old Royal Antwerp stopper for the past year, and have lined up a deal that will see them pay \u00a316million plus a package of add-ons.<\/p>\n
It is understood that Lammens wants to move to Old Trafford, despite big interest in him from Galatasaray, Inter Milan and Lille.<\/p>\n
United will now look to seal an agreement with the player, although Turkish giants Galatasaray put in an 11th-hour bid on Saturday night to try and steal the 6ft 3in keeper. Lammens\u2019 arrival will raise more doubts over the long-term future of Andre Onana.<\/p>\n

He views a move to the Premier League<\/a> as a platform to challenge Real Madrid<\/a> veteran Thibaut Courtois for the No 1 spot with Belgium.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Amorim admitted on Friday that it is not a good situation to still have four wantaway players at Manchester United<\/a> but says \u201canything can happen\u201d if they do not find a suitable solution.<\/p>\n The Red Devils have until September 1 to complete their summer rebuild, with speculation over potential additions outweighed by talk of prospective exits.<\/p>\n Marcus Rashford<\/a> is the only member of the so-called \u2018bomb squad\u2019 to have left, with Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia still working away from United\u2019s first-team squad.<\/p>\n The quartet are attracting interest but no resolution appears imminent, with clubs seemingly testing the Red Devils\u2019 resolve on valuations as the deadline edges closer.<\/p>\n \u201cI know that it\u2019s not a good thing to have players in this situation, but it\u2019s clear they want to play in a different club,\u201d Amorim said. \u201cThat is clear.<\/p>\n \u201cSo, we try to arrange everything for both parts to be happy, so I have to try to imagine, to have the training with the guys that I think are going to be the future.<\/p>\n \u201cThen the other guys are training and preparing for the next chapter.
