The United States has begun withdrawing its forces from the Ain
\nal-Assad and Victoria military bases in Iraq,
\nAzernews<\/strong> reports via Sky News Arabia.<\/p>\n

That American troops are being transferred to a military base in
\nErbil and to a neighboring Arab country.<\/p>\n

“The Americans have told their Iraqi colleagues that they will
\naccelerate the process of withdrawing troops and will not adhere to
\nthe schedule set in the framework agreement between the two
\ncountries,” the source told the channel.<\/p>\n

It should be recalled that in September 2024, Washington
\nannounced the end of its international mission in Iraq and the
\nplanned withdrawal of its forces.<\/p>\n
