A BBC Radio Merseyside presenter has announced she will no longer be presenting her show. The station, which is found on 95.8 FM, 1485 AM, DAB Radio and online, broadcasts to Merseyside and wider North West<\/a> with a mix of local and national programming.<\/p>\n

There have been many changes to its schedule and presenting roster in recent years, as the station has brought in more networked programming from across the BBC’s network<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, Lisa Marrey has announced her Sunday afternoon show will come to an end this month. Lisa’s show features music, quizzes and guests from the 80s and 90s, but it will end next week.<\/p>\n

Writing on Facebook<\/a> today, Lisa said: “Afternoon my lovelies.<\/p>\n

“Back on the radio with our 80s and 90s show. Word of warning: my voice still isn’t back to normal, but I feel fine, so no undue sympathy.<\/p>\n

“Gang, today is our penultimate show together; the show changes from September 7 so let’s get all nostalgic together for our last two shows.<\/p>\n

“Total Sport Merseyside on all frequencies till 5pm with Everton coverage, but if you want the hits from the best decades, then you can listen on BBC<\/a> Sounds on BBC Radio Lancashire<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Or ask your smart speaker to play BBC Radio Lancashire or BBC Radio Cumbria.”<\/p>\n

The show, which also airs on BBC Lancashire and BBC Cumbria, will be replaced with an \u2018All England\u2019 national programme, which will air across all BBC local radio stations from 2pm next month.<\/p>\n
