As we come into the last week of August, the weather forecast<\/a> is not quite ready to say goodbye to the summer just yet.<\/p>\n

According to the Met Office<\/a>, we will be treated to some more good weather<\/a> this Bank Holiday Monday in most parts of the country.<\/p>\n

The forecaster<\/a> is predicting that some scattered spells could come in across the east into Monday evening but temperatures are still set to reach in the early 20s.<\/p>\n

In Belfast, the sun will continue to make an appearance alongside light showers into the rest of the week.<\/p>\n

This is what the Met Office has forecast for Northern Ireland:<\/p>\n

Monday, August 25:<\/p>\n

Dry and warm with sunny spells for much of Monday, but occasionally heavy rain crossing east through the late afternoon and evening. Fresh southerly winds. Maximum temperature 24 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:<\/p>\n

Bright with sunny spells and scattered showers on Tuesday to Thursday, the showers possibly merging to longer spells of rain at times. Occasionally windy.<\/p>\n
