I have no real desire to, either, though now Clarkson\u2019s become an unofficial ambassador, I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll appear on menus soon; more than likely at a press lunch of some description, or at a pop-up. In that case, I hope past reviews ring true: these dainty unborn land mollusks are said to be reminiscent of \u201cbaked asparagus\u201d and \u201cmushrooms\u201d, with a \u201csubtle flavour\u201d and \u201cwoody notes\u201d.
