Prince Harry<\/a> details the exact moment his wife, Meghan Markle<\/a>, and brother, Prince William reportedly found themselves in a row. The alleged encounter is one of the many moments detailed in Harry’s memoir, Spare, published in January 2023.<\/a><\/p>\n

In it, Prince Harry<\/a> claims that his wife asked William to get his finger out of her face during a tense argument. Recalling the moment, he claims Princess Kate<\/a> had asked Meghan for an apology for hurting her feelings in the lead-up to her wedding to Harry. When Meghan said she was unaware of what Kate was referring to, Kate apparently brought up a phone conversation where Meghan commented on her hormones.<\/p>\n

Meghan replied, “That\u2019s just how I talk with my girlfriends.” William reportedly pointed his finger at Meghan, claiming it was ” not what’s done here in Britain.” To which Meghan apparently replied in a seven-word outburst: “Take your finger out of my face.”<\/p>\n

In Spare, Harry addressed the reader with his thoughts. He wrote: “Was this really happening? Had it actually come to this? Shouting at each other about place cards and hormones?”<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the book, Prince Harry<\/a> claimed an argument and alleged physical fight started between the brothers<\/a>, when Prince William<\/a> called Meghan “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive”.<\/p>\n

Harry then accused his brother of acting like an heir, after which insults were exchanged, whereas William reportedly claimed he was just trying to help.<\/p>\n

Among the many bombshells, Prince Harry<\/a> recalled that he and his brother were initially resistant to the idea of their father marrying Camilla Parker-Bowles, following their parents’ divorce and the death of their mother, the late Princess Diana in 1997.<\/p>\n

Charles and Camilla eventually tied the knot in 2005<\/a>, with Camilla receiving the title Duchess of Cornwall after their wedding, prior to becoming Queen.<\/p>\n

Speaking of his book release to People Magazine<\/a>, Harry said: “I don’t want to tell anyone what to think of it and that includes my family. This book and its truths are in many ways a continuation of my own mental health journey. It’s a raw account of my life \u2014 the good, the bad and everything in between.”<\/p>\n

Over a year later, in October 2024, Spare was also released in paperback, with Penguin Random House confirming that the contents of the book remained “unchanged” in the new edition.<\/p>\n

Harry and Meghan have detailed other memories as working royals in their self-titled documentary on Netflix ‘Harry & Meghan’<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to the streaming giant, it debuted on Netflix<\/a> in December in 2022 with a total of 23.4M views, making it the most viewed documentary ever through its first 4 days, and reached the English Top 10 TV list in 85 countries.
