Channel Seven<\/a> has pulled out the big bucks yet again for The Voice<\/a> Australia 2025,\u00a0 with its star coaches commanding eye-watering salaries.<\/p>\n

Daily Mail can reveal international recruits Richard Marx and\u00a0Mel C<\/a>\u00a0each secured deals ‘north of $1 million’ for their debut season.<\/p>\n

‘Richard wasn’t going to uproot himself from the US unless it made sense financially,’ one well-placed insider revealed.<\/p>\n

‘He’s a bona fide rock legend – Seven knew they had to pay to play.’<\/p>\n

Former Spice Girl Mel C was reportedly on a similar package.<\/p>\n

‘She wasn’t flying halfway across the world for less than a million,’ another insider revealed.<\/p>\n

‘She brings global star power and that comes with a price tag.’<\/p>\n

Returning favourite Kate Miller-Heidke is understood to be earning between $500,000 and $600,000, about half of what her overseas counterparts are earning, but still a lucrative payday.<\/p>\n

‘Kate proved herself last season and producers were keen to lock her in again,’ the source explained.<\/p>\n

‘She’s seen as the grounded counterbalance to the big international names.’<\/p>\n

As for Irish star Ronan Keating, given that comparable international coaches Adam Lambert and LeAnn Rimes were each on between $750,000 and $1.2 million in 2024, insiders suggest his figure would likely fall within a similar range.<\/p>\n

‘Ronan is a known face to Aussie audiences and has proven chemistry with the format, so it would be surprising if he wasn’t on a deal close to the million mark,’ a network source hinted.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It comes after Daily Mail revealed that the network didn’t hold back when it came to accommodation over the weekend<\/a>, with each coach placed in properties that reflected their style and star power.<\/p>\n

Marx lived in a sprawling five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion in Tamarama, worth more than $11 million.<\/p>\n

Mel C opted for the Pacific Bondi penthouse, one of the most exclusive addresses in the city.<\/p>\n

The glamorous Art Deco-inspired apartment rents for around $54,000 per month and offers sweeping ocean views, oversized entertaining spaces and total privacy.<\/p>\n

‘Bondi was a no-brainer for Mel,’ an insider explained.<\/p>\n

‘She loves the beach lifestyle and being able to duck out for a swim or coffee in between filming.’<\/p>\n

In stark contrast, Miller-Heidke returned to her two-bedroom terrace in Darlinghurst, the same cosy property she stayed in during the 2024 season.<\/p>\n

‘Seven knows this show is its crown jewel,’ one TV insider said.<\/p>\n

‘Big red chairs demand big names – and that means paying up. But when you look at the buzz around Richard, Mel, Ronan and Kate, it’s money well spent.’<\/p>\n
