Manchester United are still in search of their first three points of the season after their 1-1 draw with Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday. Ruben Amorim’s<\/a> side were beaten 1-0 by Arsenal on the opening day of the season and will now turn their attention to the Carabao Cup with a game against Grimsby Town coming up this week.<\/p>\n United <\/a>have already spent big this summer, bringing in Benjamin Sesko, Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Diego Leon, with attention now reportedly turning to the goalkeeping situation. The club reportedly hold an interest in Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp<\/a>, though a deal is not yet close to being agreed.<\/p>\n Nonetheless, if United are able to get a deal over the line for the young Belgian goalkeeper, then it would be another problem area addressed from last season. Andre Onana<\/a> is yet to feature for the Reds this season, after picking up an injury in pre-season.<\/p>\n The Cameroonian has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Old Trafford<\/a>, though he is keen to fight for his place despite 23-year-old Lammens missing Royal Antwerp\u2019s league game against Mechelen at the weekend in a reported attempt to avoid jeopardising a potential move to Old Trafford.<\/p>\n If United do get a deal over the line, there are a few moves still to make in the market before the window closes.<\/p>\n Bringing in a new central midfielder to operate more defensively alongside Bruno Fernandes<\/a> is a must if the club want to tick off all of their transfer priorities.<\/p>\n Carlos Baleba of Brighton remains a target for the club, though any arrival will depend on departures. Antony, Jadon Sancho<\/a>, Alejandro Garnacho and Tyrell Malacia<\/a> have all been told they can leave the club, and United will be hoping to cash in on all four this summer.<\/p>\n There’s also transfer talk linking Rasmus Hojlund <\/a>with a move to Italy, having been left out of the squad to face Fulham at the weekend.<\/p>\n Napoli are reportedly in talks with United<\/a> regarding a move this summer, with an obligation to buy hugely important for Amorim’s side if they want to head back into the transfer market amid an ongoing battle with PSR.<\/p>\n Recoup some of that fee they paid for the Danish international back in 2023, sign Lammens and Baleba while also offloading the unwanted quartet for permanent fees, and United will have had an impressive window – on paper at the very least.<\/p>\n Man United’s 2025\/26 Third Shirt<\/p>\n This article contains affiliate links, we will receive a commission on any sales we generate from it.
