Fans finally have an answer about what went down during one of the most controversial episodes of <\/strong>Love Island USA season 7.\n<\/p>\n In the explosive reunion<\/a> on Monday, Aug. 25, the cast was shown the extended scene from the heart rate challenge.\n<\/p>\n This came after Chelley Bissainthe<\/a> and Olandria Carthen<\/a> called Huda Mustafa out for \u201cnot being a girl\u2019s girl\u201d due to her behavior with Ace Greene during the challenge \u2014 in which the islanders wear sexy outfits and tease each other to raise their heart rates \u2014 leaving fans wondering if they weren\u2019t shown the full incident.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n “I think that I took it a step too far for certain people, and I do apologize if I made anybody feel uncomfortable,” Huda acknowledged in the two-hour special. “Everything was consensual. There was no limitations, and we all made that very clear at the beginning of the challenge.”\n<\/p>\n Huda Mustafa.<\/p>\n Jocelyn Prescod\/PEACOCK<\/p>\n The unseen footage revealed that Huda seemingly turned away from Ace’s face as she sat on top of him, pretending to move her mouth down his body. <\/p>\n “I definitely feel like I was justified,” Chelley said of her negative reaction to the clip. “I want to bring up a point of like, we’ve always mentioned the whole consensual thing, and everyone’s like, ‘Yeah, we’re all open to everything.’ So with that being said, it comes to a thing of this friendship and sisterhood. It was never because we didn’t consent to this.”\n<\/p>\n “I think when you do certain challenges, it’s with intention, because you’re interested in a person, you like a person,” she continued. “I mean, to my knowledge, [Huda] didn’t have any interest for Ace. So to go as far as that, as me being your friend, I think my reasons were very justified.”\n<\/p>\n Others chimed in to point out that Ace and Chelley had been in a couple for five weeks at the time, with Iris Kendall saying she thought there “should have been more talk about boundaries” beforehand.\n<\/p>\n Huda then claimed she was “having a grand old time” watching her partner at the time, Chris Seeley, being sensual with the other girls. <\/p>\n “Yeah, but I think there’s a difference between being danced on and licking private parts,” he interjected.\n<\/p>\n Chelley agreed. “That’s why even Iris saying this whole boundaries thing, I don’t feel like I have to say, like, ‘Hey, don’t lick the person I’m connected with’s d—.’ Like, I don’t feel like I have to say this. It’s an invisible boundary, right, where I just don’t have to say that. Just also, as my friend, and again, just reciprocating what you want back.”\n<\/p>\n Ace and Chelley.<\/p>\n Jocelyn Prescod\/Peacock<\/p>\n Andy Cohen, who co-hosted the reunion with Ariana Madix, spoke about the moment during an episode of his Bravo show Watch What Happens Live earlier this month. <\/p>\n The episode featured winners Bryan Arenales and Amaya Espinal<\/a> and runners-up Olandria and Nic Vansteenberghe<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n \u201cI thought it was interesting that you and Chelley saw Huda for the first time since you left the villa,\u201d Cohen said to Olandria. \u201cThat was pretty dramatic. We understand each other. Boundaries were set.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Amaya also addressed the challenge during a July 16 appearance on Alex Cooper\u2019s Call Her Daddy podcast. <\/p>\n \u201cWhenever we do challenges, we really just go all in,\u201d she noted<\/a>. \u201cWe don\u2019t have a TV, we don\u2019t have our phones. This is our entertainment, like, okay, we\u2019re in an amusement park! Let\u2019s just go for a ride.\u201d\n<\/p>\n \u201cListen, one thing about my girl is she\u2019s a great dancer,\u201d she continued of Huda. \u201cWhen she shakes that booty, it\u2019s an earthquake falling through. So, you know, I believe that she really just had fun,\u201d Amaya said.\n<\/p>\n
