Conceived as both a serving station and an extension of the workshop, the project invites visitors to experience everyday rituals through design. Everything in use, from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/table-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>tableware<\/strong><\/a> to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/chair-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>seating<\/strong><\/a>, is also available for purchase, turning the caf\u00e9 into a setting where design is actively lived with.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>From the outside, the building is marked by a textured<a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/brick-architecture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> brick<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/facades\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>facade<\/strong><\/a> and large, glazed openings that frame views of the caf\u00e9\u2019s arrangement of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/steel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>metallic<\/strong><\/a> stools and tables. Inside, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/concrete-architecture-and-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>concrete<\/strong><\/a> walls, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/bar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>bar<\/strong><\/a> counter clad in swirling veined <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/marble-and-stone-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>stone<\/strong><\/a>, and open shelving filled with bottles and equipment set a calm, utilitarian tone. Evenings take on a different character, as the menu shifts to beer, wine, and drinks accompanied by plates that fall somewhere between snacks and meals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e9 Niko embodies <a href=\"https:\/\/nikojune.myshopify.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>creative workshop<\/strong><\/a> NIKO JUNE\u2019s principle of making \u2018a few things done well\u2019 and serving them with care.
