Missing man Jason Hughes (27) <\/p>\n
The PSNI are issuing a renewed appeal for information to help locate high risk missing person Jason Hughes who has not been seen since April last year.<\/p>\n
Detective Sergeant Faulkner said the 27-year-old was first reported missing in August 2024 but has not been seen since Friday, April 26 of the same year. <\/p>\n
Mr Hughes\u2019 family, who are being supported by specialist officers during what has been described as a difficult time, have not heard from him since earlier that month. <\/p>\n
The missing man is known to have links to the Belfast area and today officers were visible on Carlisle Circus, Royal Avenue and Custom House Square with a photograph of Mr Hughes.<\/p>\n
DS Faulkner added: \u201cWe are appealing to the public to please look at the image of Jason and let us know if you recognise him or have seen him.<\/p>\n
“Jason is described as being approximately 5ft 4 inches tall, of slim build, with short fair\/blonde hair and blue eyes.<\/p>\n
“I am also appealing directly to Jason to make contact with Police, family or friends so that we know you are safe and well.<\/p>\n
“Anyone with any information on Jason’s whereabouts, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to please make contact with detectives on 101 and quote reference 830 of 03\/08\/24.\u201d<\/p>\n
