PARENTS of kids on the bus that hit Virginia Giuffre’s car have slammed her claims as “sick” and attacked her for spreading “lies”.<\/p>\n

The Prince Andrew<\/a> accuser, 41, claimed she had “four days to live”<\/a> after a horror 110kmph bus smash in Perth, Western Australia<\/a>, and begged to see her kids “one last time”.<\/p>\n

Virginia, who was sex trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein<\/a>, shared an alarming photograph of herself<\/a> bruised and grazed in hospital – but the parents say those injures were not from the crash.<\/p>\n

Numerous families have joined the chorus claiming the collision was in fact very minor – despite Virginia’s lawyer saying<\/a> it was a “very bad situation” soon after her post.<\/p>\n

Prince Andrew is reportedly “unsurprised”<\/a> by Virginia’s claims.<\/p>\n

Emmie-Rose Wright said her children – aged five, eight and nine – were on the bus, and told her the crash caused only slight damage to the brake light of Virginia’s Toyota<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She told the Telegraph<\/a>: \u201cThey [the children] got off the bus and said that they had had a small crash. There\u2019s no damage to the bus and none of the kids are injured.\u201d<\/p>\n

The mum denied the 29 kids onboard had been “distraught”, as Virginia’s family has claimed.<\/p>\n

Emmie-Rose said: “They weren\u2019t worried or traumatised at all […] they thought that she had stopped in front of them unnecessarily.”<\/p>\n

Another mum, Hayley Miller, said she was “disgusted” by the bruised photo Virginia posted alongside “lies” that accuse the bus driver of serious misconduct.<\/p>\n

Hayley said: “The whole story is sick and I don\u2019t know what\u2019s true and what is not but I do know [the injuries] are not from the bus incident.”<\/p>\n

The raging mother continued: “It\u2019s lies. I don\u2019t know what she is trying to get from all of it […] but I do feel bad for her and I hope she gets help.”<\/p>\n

The Sun has reached out to Virginia’s representatives for comment.<\/p>\n

Police<\/a> first cast doubt on Virginia’s story when they revealed the collision was logged as a minor traffic incident<\/a>, and that no injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

No charges were bought against either driver, they said, and the incident was only reported to cops the following day by the bus driver.<\/p>\n

Both Emmie-Rose and Hayley voiced their support for the driver of the bus, Ross Munns, who has already contested Virginia’s version<\/a> of events.<\/p>\n

Ross, a granddad, said he was shocked to see Monday’s post, and that the accident had been “blown out of proportion”.<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Daily Mail Australia<\/a>, he described a “minor collision” in which he clipped Virginia’s car.<\/p>\n

Ross, who has driven buses for 16 years, said he stopped to check on the occupants and was satisfied no one was injured.<\/p>\n

He added that he didn’t even see Virginia in the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Then, the driver of Virginia’s Toyota<\/a> car also spoke out – urging her boss to set the story straight.<\/p>\n

Cheryl Sassela, 71, told\u00a0Daily Mail Australia<\/a>:\u00a0“I’m sure Virginia will release a statement soon to clear it all up.<\/p>\n

She added: “I’m not covering for her. I’m not implicated in a cover up.”<\/p>\n

Sassela is the caretaker at Giuffre’s 40-acre $1.3million AUD (\u00a3630,000) hobby farm in\u00a0Western Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She said the accident happened because a broken taillight had created a misunderstanding while driving<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The mystery deepened when it was revealed that Virginia was charged with breaching<\/a> a family violence restraining order just days before the crash.<\/p>\n

She entered no plea at the Joondalup Magistrates Court<\/a> for the alleged breach on March 14 – ten days before the crash.<\/p>\n

She is due to appear in court again on April 9 for the next hearing.<\/p>\n

Her husband Robert Giuffre has also been charged with inadequate storage of guns in February of this year, as well as reckless driving for exceeding the speed limit by 27mph in September last year.<\/p>\n

In her post on Monday,<\/a> Virginia begged to see her children “one last time” and claimed to be suffering from kidney failure.<\/p>\n

She said: “They’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.<\/p>\n

“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details.<\/p>\n

“But I think it’s important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110kmh as we were slowing down for a turn, that no matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can.”<\/p>\n

Virginia sued Prince Andrew in 2021<\/a>, claiming she was trafficked and\u00a0forced to have sex with the Duke on three occasions<\/a>\u00a0when she was a teen.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0royal<\/a>\u00a0has always denied the allegations but\u00a0settled out of court in 2022<\/a>, reportedly\u00a0paying millions to avoid a humiliating trial<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Virginia’s PR,\u00a0Dini von Mueffling, said this week<\/a>: “Virginia has been in a serious accident<\/a>\u00a0and is receiving\u00a0medical care in the hospital.<\/p>\n

“She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending.”<\/p>\n

And Brad Edwards, her former US lawyer, said: \u201cWe\u2019re hoping for better news in the coming days,\u201d\u00a0adding it was a \u201cvery bad situation\u201d<\/a>\u00a0and he hoped she \u201cwould pull through with good medical care\u201d.<\/p>\n

VIRGINIA Roberts – now Virginia Giuffre, 41, is an American-Australian campaigner and a prominent victim of the sex trafficking ring of Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n

She has made claims against\u00a0Prince Andrew<\/a>, the Duke of York, as well as Brit socialite\u00a0Ghislaine Maxwell<\/a>\u00a0– Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s ex-lover.<\/p>\n

Giuffre alleged in court documents that she was procured by\u00a0Maxwell<\/a>, 63, the daughter of disgraced tycoon Robert Maxwell, as a teenage \u201csex slave\u201d for\u00a0Epstein<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She released a manuscript just hours before Epstein’s death, which added to more than 2,000 documents of a lawsuit pending against the former financier and his pals.<\/p>\n

The legal documents were released in a defamation case involving Giuffre, who has claimed in court documents that Prince Andrew slept with her three times.<\/p>\n
