Police Scotland<\/a> spokesperson said: “Around 12.30pm on Tuesday, 26 August, 2025 police received information of a stolen car within the Glasgow area.\n<\/p>\n\n “A pursuit ensued and the car collided with an unmarked police car in Old Gartloch Road, Gartcosh.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The stolen car then made off and was traced in the Bothwell area where it was seized.\n<\/p>\n
\n “A 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with the theft of a vehicle and various road traffic offences.\n<\/p>\n
\n “No-one was injured.”\n<\/p>\n
