Based between London and Edinburgh, she will be instrumental in further expanding Savills\u2019 commercial auction services across key regional markets.<\/p>\n
Mhairi\u2019s hire coincides with a period of exceptional growth across all sectors for Savills auctions – residential, commercial and mixed-use. This multi-sector approach has already generated \u00a3577M in sales this year, of which over \u00a3210 million has been from commercial sales – a 124% increase in commercial sales versus the same period last year.<\/p>\n
This momentum highlights the continued success of the team’s online live-streamed auctions, the breadth of its catalogue, and the market’s increasing appetite for speed, transparency, and value.<\/p>\n
