April Windsor<\/a> (Amelia Flanagan<\/a>) grew incredibly worried about new boyfriend Dylan Penders<\/a> (Fred Kettle<\/a>) in Emmerdale tonight, as she witnessed him get into a stranger\u2019s car.<\/p>\n When Dylan returned to the village, he told a huge lie to April about how his life had changed for the better since leaving rehab. He said he was living in Hotten with a mate, had a job, and April was thrilled for him.<\/p>\n In reality, the youngster was sleeping rough in the Pavilion and nursing a very sore leg. A few days prior to Dylan catching up with April, he broke into Butlers Farm and was injured by Kyle Winchester (Huey Quinn), <\/a>who stabbed him with a pitchfork.<\/p>\n April found Dylan and took him to the vets. There, Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) was given no choice but to patch Dylan\u2019s leg up. He then discovered he was homeless, and offered him a room at Tenants.<\/p>\n Since then, Dylan has continued to live with Paddy and Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley). He is really trying to turn his life around, but keeps getting drawn back into the world of drug dealing.<\/p>\n Dylan is being manipulated by a man called Ray Walters (Joe Absolom). <\/a>The newcomer tempts Dylan with drug drop offs by convincing him it\u2019s an ideal way to make money, and make it fast.<\/p>\n \t\t In tonight\u2019s episode, Dylan was being distant with April and said that he\u2019d be leaving the village for a few hours to complete some work on a building site. April was immediately suspicious, wondering whether a building site would actually pay someone via cash in hand.<\/p>\n April then witnessed Dylan getting into a stranger\u2019s car and grew concerned. Witnessing this was Paddy and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock), and they wondered what was going on.<\/p>\n It took her a little bit of time, but April ended up telling Marlon that when Dylan lived on the streets, he would partake in sex work to earn more cash.<\/p>\n She believed that Dylan was doing the same thing today, and wondered why he felt the need to return to this murky world, rather than accept help from his new friends in the Dales.<\/p>\n When Dylan returned, it wasn\u2019t long until he discovered that April had told Paddy and Marlon about what he used to do. Dylan felt shame, and confirmed to April that he wasn\u2019t doing sex work, but he was doing another drop off for Ray.<\/p>\n \t\t The dynamic between the young couple was tense afterwards. April was incredibly apologetic to Dylan and wondered what she could do to make the situation better.<\/p>\n She ended up confessing that she loves Dylan, and he said the same thing. <\/p>\n Despite this though, Dylan was hurt by April\u2019s betrayal. He told April to leave, wanting time alone to think about his next steps.<\/p>\n In upcoming episodes, <\/a>Dylan will be tasked with another drug drop off. This time, April tells him that she\u2019ll do it, and he agrees.<\/p>\n April psyches herself up and arrives at the carpark to do the drop, just in and out like before.
