A pub sharing the same name as a Birmingham venue involved in an England flags row has distanced itself from the incident.<\/p>\n
Footage shared widely on social media showed a manager at the Manor Farm pub in Castle Vale<\/a> refuse entry to a group of men with cross of St George flags.<\/p>\n One person was heard calling the female manager a “lefty scumbag”, “disgusting” and “vile” as the young woman kept her cool.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Manor Farm pub breaks silence after worker verbally abused over England flag row<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Now a different Manor Farm, a pub more than 130-miles away in Hull, East Yorkshire, has clarified it is not part of the incident which prompted hate online.<\/p>\n In a post on its Facebook page, Manor Farm posted: “Important Notice to Our Valued Guests.<\/p>\n “We would like to clarify that recent posts circulating on social media\u2014including TikTok\u2014regarding alleged racial comments are not connected to our establishment.<\/p>\n “The incident in question occurred at a different pub located in Birmingham<\/a> that shares the same name as ours.<\/p>\n “We take these matters very seriously and have reported the situation through the appropriate channels to ensure this distinction is made clear.<\/p>\n “Thank you for your continued support and understanding.”<\/p>\n The Birmingham pub broke its silence about the city incident yesterday.<\/p>\n The family pub’s parent company, Greene King, said its pub managers always reserved the right to refuse entry.<\/p>\n![](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/0_manor1JPG.jpg\")
