Tennis has so many benefits beyond the court: it builds confidence, improves physical and mental wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough Rally Together London, we\u2019re investing in people \u2014 especially women and those from communities that have traditionally been underrepresented in the sport. By training new activators and coaches who reflect the diversity of London, we\u2019re not only creating new opportunities to play, but also building a more inclusive workforce that young people can see themselves in.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is about long-term change \u2014 creating welcoming spaces in parks, schools and community venues where tennis is accessible, enjoyable, and truly for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/rally-together---activator.jpeg\" alt=\"Rally Together - Activator.jpeg\" width=\"3191\" height=\"2271\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"  \/><\/p>\n<p>Dominique Bardouille-Mofford from TETH Youth and Adult Service in Harrow has become an Activator to help grow the game. The 21-year-old said: \u201c&#8221;I\u2019m not trying to be a top tennis player or anything \u2014 but I know how to hit the ball over the net, and that\u2019s enough. It\u2019s just a fun way to be active. It\u2019s good for your coordination and gets you moving.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t have to take it seriously \u2014 it\u2019s just something different for everyone to try.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Every child at the festival also got to take away a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lta.org.uk\/play\/parents-area\/youth-programme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAGE LTA Youth<\/a> Starter kit with everything needed to get involved in tennis and discover a love for the game. It includes a racket, balls and access to a free taster tennis session.<\/p>\n<p>Want to get involved?
