King Charles office issues positive update after Prince Harry Palace snub<\/p>\n
Buckingham Palace shared a personal message of King Charles in which he expressed his hope about achieving \u2018lasting peace\u2019 as his estranged son Prince Harry is planning his U.K. trip.<\/p>\n
Montecito is reportedly in talks with the Palace following the olive branch offered by the Duke of Sussex during the aides\u2019 peace summit in July. While the talks continue behind closed doors, there was anticipation of a possible meeting between the father and son.<\/p>\n
Although, royal author Robert Hardman pointed out that Harry had refused the King\u2019s offer to stay in Buckingham Palace for his previous trips to London, citing that the location was \u201cstill so unsafe\u201d and ended up staying in a hotel.<\/p>\n
However, with Harry\u2019s change of heart and his desperation to make amends, the Duke\u2019s answer may have a change of tone if he receives the offer.<\/p>\n
Ahead of Harry\u2019s arrival in his home country next month, the Palace shared a uplifting update about hope and peace.<\/p>\n
\u201cI keep feeling the greatest and deepest admiration for the unbreakable courage and spirit of the Ukrainian people,\u201d read the excerpt from his personal letter he had sent to President Zelenskyy. \u201cI remain hopeful that our countries will be able to further work closely together to achieve a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n
The statement from the Palace shared details from the Monday\u2019s events as the \u201cUkrainian Naval Band performed Stand By Me by Ben E. King, alongside the Band of the Scots Guards on the Forecourt of Buckingham Palace\u201d.<\/p>\n
It continued, \u201cIn a celebration of the bonds that unite Ukraine and the UK, the historic event took place to mark Ukraine\u2019s 34th year of Independence.\u201d<\/p>\n
The words of the monarch appear to be a reflection of his thoughts about conflict which he has been dealing about his \u2018darling boy\u2019 since the royal rift began.<\/p>\n
