German provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure Wirelane has announced the acquisition of Ladegr\u00fcn, one of the country\u2019s most sustainability-driven charging infrastructure operators.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ladegr\u00fcn runs a nationwide network of charging points powered exclusively by 100% certified green electricity. The merger brings together two key players committed to advancing environmentally friendly and customer-focused e-mobility.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2020 by renewable energy pioneers EWS Elektrizit\u00e4tswerke Sch\u00f6nau, Green Planet Energy (formerly Greenpeace Energy), naturstrom, the Inselwerke cooperative, and GLS Bank, Ladegr\u00fcn has built a reputation for environmentally responsible infrastructure serving organic supermarkets such as Alnatura, as well as public spaces. Its mission emphasizes energy independence from coal and nuclear power.<\/p>\n
