No, us neither. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/transfers\/fabrizio-romano-confirms-leeds-united-player-exit-after-almost-five-years-at-elland-road\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The former Sunderland and Arsenal academy product has agreed a \u00a33.5m move<\/a> and will wear the no.90 shirt.<\/p>\n<p>Greenwood becomes the club\u2019s first sale of the summer, though Rasmus Kristensen\u2019s move to Eintracht Frankfurt is on this year\u2019s books even if his \u00a37.7m move to the German club was confirmed in April.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/leedsunited.news\/club\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leeds<\/a> have also sold U21 defender Diogo Monteiro to Arouca, but in terms of permanent sales from the senior squad, Greenwood is the first. But Daniel Farke delayed a move until a full-back was signed. James Justin joined, and that saw <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/transfers\/leeds-united-finally-set-to-sell-their-first-senior-player-of-the-summer-49ers-will-rake-in-3m-fee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leeds close in on the \u00a33m sale of Schmidt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leedsunited.news\/transfers\/nightmare-for-isaac-schmidt-as-leeds-united-star-left-in-limbo-thanks-to-6m-southampton-ace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a move to Werder looked to be in limbo for Schmidt<\/a>, with Max Wober\u2019s side signing Yukinara Sugawara from Southampton. But with Wober injured, Werder have decided to bring in Schmidt as well.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" loading=\"lazy\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/GettyImages-2198508669-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Isaac Schmidt during FA Cup clash between Leeds United and Millwall.\" class=\"wp-image-96108\" \/>Photo by George Wood\/Getty Images<\/p>\n<p>According to German reporter Patrick Berger, Leeds and Werder have \u2018total agreement\u2019 over a loan deal for the Switzerland international with a permanent clause worth between \u00a32.5m and \u00a33.5m in place.<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201cTotal agreement between Werder Bremen and Leeds United for the transfer of Isaac Schmidt. It\u2019s gonna be a loan deal with a \u20ac3\u20134m option to buy.
