\n itison has confirmed Scotland’s largest Halloween\u00a0event will be returning to the Botanic Gardens from Friday, October 24 until Sunday, November 2 for its eight year with its biggest show yet titled GlasGLOW’s Miles Better.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n Inspired by the iconic Glasgow’s Miles Better campaign that transformed the city’s image in the 1980s, this year’s event is a love letter to Glasgow which celebrates its\u00a0places, people and culture.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n (Image: itison) Guests will be able to step into nine re-imagined larger-than-life Glasgow icons including the GlasGLOW Garden Festival, Tam Shepherds World of Magic and the Clockwork Orange.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n Fan favourites such as Marshmallowland’s fairy-lit campfires and The Patch – a pumpkin wonderland perfect for a photo – will also be returning.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n The Glasgow’s Miles Better campaign, unveiled on June 20, 1983, aimed to promote the city as a tourist destination and a location for industry during a time of heavy decline.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
