Denton has grown organically to a \u00a340m turnover and will now tap into the financial strength and resources of B+K\u2019s \u00a31.25bn national group.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1996 and owned by its directors and staff, Denton has carved out a strong reputation delivering CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B fit-outs across the country, with contracts ranging from 5,000 to 90,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n

The deal will allow the London and Manchester-based interiors specialist to bid for larger and more complex schemes.<\/p>\n

Mike Halewood, Denton founder, said: \u201cThis is a hugely exciting new chapter for Denton. B+K chairman Jack Kirkland said: \u201cAs part of the Bowmer & Kirland Group, we can expand opportunities, deliver larger and more ambitious projects, and continue to raise standards in the office design and fit-out sector.\u201d<\/p>\n

The deal underlines B+K\u2019s continued push into complementary markets and cements Denton\u2019s standing as one of the country\u2019s leading office interior specialists.<\/p>\n
