The company will also be expanding existing campuses in Loudoun and Prince William counties.<\/p>\n<p>The search engine giant stated that it is working with local partners on power solutions, including efficiency programs, given the growing demand for energy capacity to support data centers. Citing a company spokesperson, Bloomberg stated that Dominion Energy <a data-ticker=\"D\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tipranks.com\/stocks\/d\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(D)<\/a> will be Google\u2019s power partner.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, data centers in the U.S. have primarily been concentrated in northern Virginia, also known as \u201cData Center Alley,\u201d since the initial cloud buildout in the early 2000s.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Google committed $1 billion to AI education and job training programs, as well as research, in the U.S.\u00a0Under this investment program, all Virginia-based college students will have access to the Google AI Pro plan and AI training for a year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is GOOGL Stock a Buy, Sell, or Hold?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Given robust AI tailwinds, Wall Street has a Strong Buy consensus rating on Alphabet stock based on 27 Buys and nine Holds. The average <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tipranks.com\/stocks\/googl\/forecast\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GOOGL stock price target<\/a> of $217.25 indicates 4.7% upside potential from current levels.
