Plans have been submitted for a new \u00a3100m \u2018urban community\u2019 in Leeds that will provide 504 new homes across six multi-storey towers.<\/p>\n
The planning application for the Ollier Smurthwaite Architects-designed scheme was submitted by Euan Kellie Property Solutions on behalf of Forshaw Land and Property Group and Your Housing Group.<\/p>\n
The New Foundry Square development will comprise one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes across six blocks of between five and 12 storeys in height.\u00a0The scheme will also feature retail space, a residents lounge and private dining area, cinema, gym, a co-working office and a pool.<\/p>\n
New Foundry Square will be built on a 3.7-acre vacant site to the west of Leeds city centre at the south of Kirkstall Road.<\/p>\n
