IDLProCycling.com shows you what to expect!<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Tour of Britain has always been kind to Dutch and Belgian riders. Four Dutch riders have won in the last fifteen years, with our classic stars Dylan van Baarle (2014), Lars Boom (2011, 2017), and Mathieu van der Poel in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Two years ago, the victory went to a Belgian: Wout van Aert and Jumbo-Visma<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cE850qdXD-Y&amp;list=PLQU5alaC4Qf6g4GppCnV5Fe1CuXuP3Hkm&amp;index=5\" rel=\"noopener\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cE850qdXD-Y&amp;list=PLQU5alaC4Qf6g4GppCnV5Fe1CuXuP3Hkm&amp;index=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">made their mark<\/a> on the stage race. Two years earlier, the superstar from Herentals also won the overall classification, but he will not be able to do so this season. So, no time trial, but we still give <b>Remco Evenepoel<\/b> the best chance of overall victory. The Belgian from Soudal Quick-Step &#8211; who has<b> Ilan Van Wilder<\/b> at his side &#8211; is making his comeback in Great Britain after his Tour abandonment.<\/p>\n<p>The British will be hoping for success from <b>Oscar Onley<\/b> (Picnic PostNL), who, unlike Evenepoel, had a successful Tour. In an optimistic scenario, Geraint Thomas will also be in contention, but the Welshman will probably just enjoy his last race.
