Susanna Reid unveiled a new look as she returned to Good Morning Britain after her summer break – and many fans said the same thing.<\/p>\n

Those tuning into Monday’s edition of the ITV<\/a> show saw Susanna and co-host Ed Balls reunite to bring viewers the latest news from around the world.<\/p>\n

Alex Beresford also joined the pair to give regular weather forecasts, while Ranvir Singh took charge of the rest of the day’s news.<\/p>\n

During the show, Susanna and Ed discussed the government’s crackdown on asylum seekers bringing families to the UK, the Mirror<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n

Further topics touched upon included schools teaching lessons to help young boys challenge toxic messages online.<\/p>\n

Rupert Everett was one of the guests, speaking about his new role in Rivals.<\/p>\n

The actor also spoke of his hopes of reuniting with Julia Roberts for a sequel to My Best Friend’s Wedding.<\/p>\n

However it was Susanna’s return that got the most attention from viewers.<\/p>\n

Many took to social media to share their delight to see her back on screens and compliment her glam new hair transformation.<\/p>\n

The 54-year-old star has updated her signature brunette locks and decided to sport a lighter colour.<\/p>\n

One X user wrote: “Hello, September new month new hairstyle. Nice to see you back.”<\/p>\n

A second said: “I’m glad you’re back, it’s not been the same show without you. I hope you had a great summer.”<\/p>\n

Another wrote: “Susanna looking fresh faced and lovely after her well earned summer break.”<\/p>\n
