A man has been charged following three alleged incidents of indecent exposure in a park in Newton-le-Willows<\/a>. It follows an investigation into reports a man was exposing himself in Willow Park.<\/p>\n The three charges relate to alleged incidents in March, May and August of this year when a man reportedly exposed himself<\/a> in front of women aged in their 20s.
