It seems their royal titles aren\u2019t the only thing the Sussex kids have got from their dad. Meghan Markle<\/strong><\/a> has revealed that Prince Archie<\/a> <\/strong>and Princess Lilibet<\/a><\/strong> have picked up Prince Harry\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> pronunciation. And there\u2019s one enunciation that the Duchess finds especially adorable.<\/p>\n

Given that the Sussex children are being raised in California, it\u2019s no surprise that they have American accents. However, Meghan Markle has revealed that they have picked up on some UK English utterances. In fact, there\u2019s one word in particular that they always pronounce like their dad.<\/p>\n

On a recent episode of With Love, Meghan<\/a>, the Duchess pointed out that the couple\u2019s kids say \u201czebra\u201d with a UK English accent. The Duchess had previously opened up about the cute quirk on The Drew Barrymore Show.<\/p>\n

After Drew asked what things Meghan saw in kids Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 4, that reminded her of Harry, she said: \u201cOh, some of the words that they still say with a British accent. So they\u2019ll say, \u2018Ze-bra,\u2019 and what else do they say? They have these little moments where it comes out. They have very American accents, but they say words that are just like him, and I think it\u2019s adorable.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan, 44, also shared that she and husband Harry can\u2019t agree on the pronunciation of \u201cherb\u201d. She explained: \u201cMy husband always laughs when I say \u2018herbs\u2019 \u2014 he\u2019s like, \u2018Herbs.\u2019 He\u2019s like, \u2018You\u2019re so American \u2014 \u2018Erbs, \u2018erbs.’\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple have lived in Montecito, California, since 2020 after stepping away from the British Royal Family. Prince Harry will visit the UK this month, with reports he and King Charles may meet<\/a> face-to-face for the first time in nearly two years.<\/p>\n
