Dean Hadley\u2019s consistent performances in 2025 have seen the Hull KR forward step out of his unsung hero status and into the spotlight.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old has been instrumental in Hull KR<\/a>\u2019s recent success, helping the club secure its first major trophy in 40 years and sitting atop the Super League table, with a landmark double still in sight.<\/p>\n

Hadley recently signed a new deal that keeps him at Craven Park until the end of 2027<\/a>, as the club\u2019s hierarchy moved to reward a firm fan favourite. He has gone from strength to strength under head coach Willie Peters and is widely respected for his grit, consistency, and relentless work ethic – missing just two Super League games all year.<\/p>\n

His performances have earned the attention of pundits, with Sky Sports\u2019 Jon Wilkin singling him out for praise. Despite a surprise omission from Shaun Wane\u2019s extended England squad earlier this year, some believe Hadley still has a shot at making the national team for this year\u2019s historic Ashes series – especially as team-mates James Batchelor, Jez Litten, Mikey Lewis, and captain Elliot Minchella were all selected<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wane has previously expressed doubts about Hadley\u2019s international pedigree, but has left the door open for future selections.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s almost impossible to show the value of a Dean Hadley through video clips, because it\u2019s intensity, it\u2019s tight contact, it\u2019s pressure from the inside defensively, and you know what it is, it\u2019s the relentlessness of just turning up.<\/p>\n
