Britain’s Got Talent judge Bruno Tonioli <\/a>has announced he’s stepping down from the forthcoming series, with his replacement already lined up.<\/p>\n

The ex-Strictly star<\/a>, aged 69, departed the panel following the most recent series due to diary clashes as he heads back to America to film Dancing with the Stars.<\/p>\n

However, devotees of the ITV<\/a> talent extravaganza will be delighted to learn that a previous temporary judge is set to return to our television screens in a full-time role.<\/p>\n

Audiences will witness KSI taking on the permanent position after several standout guest appearances during the last run. He became a massive favourite with viewers, who saw his contagious passion and excitement light up their screens, reports Belfast Live<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Demonstrating his knack for spotting talent, KSI’s golden buzzer recipient during the live shows, Harry Moulding, ultimately claimed victory in BGT, securing the \u00a3250,000 prize money and earning a place in the Royal Variety Performance line-up.<\/p>\n

The recording artist and content creator will team up with established judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon to form the complete judging lineup for the programme’s 19th run.<\/p>\n

After the reveal, KSI commented: “I’m so grateful and happy to be a part of the Britain’s Got Talent team for another season I had such a good time last year and I can’t wait to see some more top talent.”<\/p>\n

KSI continued: “I’m full of energy, ready to go and can’t wait to make this the most entertaining BGT season ever. Let’s do this.”<\/p>\n

The choice to make KSI’s role permanent follows Bruno’s announcement that he would be stepping down after three series as a judge.<\/p>\n

Back in July, it emerged that Bruno’s commitments to Dancing with the Stars in America meant he couldn’t carry on in the role.<\/p>\n

He has now revealed: “After three incredible series, I’ve sadly had to walk away from a job which has opened my eyes to so much incredible talent and step down as a judge on BGT.<\/p>\n

“And whilst I look forward to filming a new series of Dancing with the Stars in the US, I will miss the chaos and joy that BGT brings, as well as all the wonderful people I’ve had the privilege of working with.<\/p>\n

“They truly are a brilliant team who make brilliant television, and I know KSI will be a fantastic judge too, as he’s already proven this year.”<\/p>\n
