{"id":390275,"date":"2025-09-01T21:57:10","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T21:57:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/390275\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T21:57:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T21:57:10","slug":"peel-parks-free-spirit-of-little-hulton-festival-returns-this-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/390275\/","title":{"rendered":"Peel Park&#8217;s free Spirit of Little Hulton Festival returns this weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A free community festival is set to return to Salford\u2019s Peel Park this weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The Spirit of Little Hulton festival, which is now in its eighth year, will bring two days of music, food, art, and sport to Peel Park across Sat 6 Sep &amp; Sun 7 Sep.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing together local artists, community groups, charities and neighbours, visitors can expect football and bike tracks, kite crafting and karaoke, badge-making and funfair rides, sound walks, open DJ decks, face painting, live music and cultural food exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is Little Hulton saying: we deserve joy, we deserve art, we deserve each other,\u201d says Stewart, festival co-ordinator. \u201cEvery year it grows because people here make it grow. Spirit is more than a festival \u2014 it\u2019s proof that community isn\u2019t something you talk about in a strategy document. It\u2019s what happens when you throw a party and everyone shows up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Spirit of Little Hulton Festival will run from 12pm \u2013 4pm on both days.
