THE mystery surrounding Virginia Giuffre\u2019s horror hospital post has deepened \u2013 after her brother suggested her injuries may not have been solely caused by the school bus crash.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Prince Andrew<\/a> accuser sparked alarm after posting a bruised snap from her hospital bed, claiming she had just \u201cfour days to live\u201d<\/a> following a 110kmph smash in Perth, Western Australia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The shocking photo showed her lying in bed covered in bruises, with\u00a0Virginia<\/a>\u00a0begging to see her children “one last time”.<\/p>\n

She also said she was\u00a0suffering from kidney failure<\/a>, and was being transferred to a specialist unit.<\/p>\n

But her brother Sky Roberts has now cleared up the four-day claim \u2013 and dropped a bombshell about her condition.<\/p>\n

He told People<\/a>: \u201cLet\u2019s be clear, she never stated in the bus accident the cause of all her other injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sky confirmed doctors had told his sister she would have died within four days had she not received medical treatment \u2013 not that she had just days to live.<\/p>\n

And in a revelation that raises fresh questions over what really happened, Sky added: \u201cNobody ever said her liver issues and kidney failure were ever from that.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe still don\u2019t know if it is, I\u2019m not a medical professional. That\u2019s up to her doctor to determine.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sky said while he doesn\u2019t know \u201cwhat happened internally to her\u201d, the bruising shown in the viral photo \u201cis consistent [with a car crash]\u201d.<\/p>\n

His comments come after cops cast doubt over Virginia\u2019s account, logging the crash as a minor traffic incident with no injuries reported<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n

Parents of kids onboard the school bus also hit out at the claims \u2013 calling her version of events \u201clies\u201d and \u201csick\u201d.<\/a><\/p>\n

Virginia, 41, had claimed in her since-deleted post that she was being transferred to a urology unit for kidney failure, adding: \u201cThey\u2019ve given me four days to live.\u201d<\/p>\n

She begged to see her children \u201cone last time\u201d, in a post that shocked fans and reignited interest in the woman who helped bring down Jeffrey Epstein<\/a> and Ghislaine Maxwell<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But critics were quick to point out inconsistencies \u2013 with the bus driver, passengers, and even her own car\u2019s driver all contradicting her version of events.<\/p>\n

The driver of Virginia\u2019s car, Cheryl Sassela<\/a>, 71, said: \u201cI\u2019m sure Virginia will release a statement soon to clear it all up. I\u2019m not covering for her. I\u2019m not implicated in a cover-up.\u201d<\/p>\n

And a mum whose three kids were on the bus said: \u201cIt\u2019s lies. I don\u2019t know what she is trying to get from all of it […] but I do feel bad for her and I hope she gets help.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adding fuel to the fire, Virginia had been charged just ten days before the crash with breaching a family violence restraining order<\/a> \u2013 and is due back in court<\/a> on April 9.<\/p>\n

She entered no plea during her March 14 appearance at Joondalup Magistrates Court.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson said Virginia is \u201cmarginally better but still in serious condition\u201d following treatment in Perth.<\/p>\n

The US-born mum-of-three has been living a reclusive life in rural Western Australia<\/a> after separating from husband Robert Giuffre earlier this year.<\/p>\n

The couple \u2013 who married just ten days after meeting \u2013 had been together for 22 years but reportedly split amid a toxic breakdown<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Robert, who remains in the family home with their three children, was separately charged with inadequate gun storage and reckless driving<\/a> over the past year.<\/p>\n

Virginia\u2019s family have voiced fears over her wellbeing \u2013 with Sky telling People she was \u201cvery depressed\u201d and in \u201creally bad shape\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s only 41. She\u2019s got a lot of life to live,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Virginia sued Prince Andrew in 2021<\/a>, claiming she was trafficked and\u00a0forced to have sex with the Duke on three occasions<\/a>\u00a0when she was a teen.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0royal<\/a>\u00a0has always denied the allegations but\u00a0settled out of court in 2022<\/a>, reportedly\u00a0paying millions to avoid a humiliating trial<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Breaking her silence<\/a> in a statement this week, Virginia said: \u201cI was able to fight back against Ghislaine Maxwell<\/a> and Jeffrey Epstein<\/a> who abused and trafficked me\u2026 I can no longer stay silent.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added: \u201cAgain, I thank everyone for their support.\u201d<\/p>\n
