Plans to build two semi-detached properties on land next to the Barley Mow Pub in Bramley have been\u00a0withdrawn by the applicant.<\/p>\n
Kelly Shaw wanted to build the three-bedroomed properties in part of the garden area next to the pub.<\/p>\n
The land would have its own access from Lower Town Street and the applicant said the new properties would \u2018\u2018blend in with the street scene\u2019.<\/p>\n
The council\u2019s conservation team raised concerns that the proposed development site was in the immediate setting of a grade II listed building.<\/p>\n
