England’s players are gearing up for the start of a new domestic season after winning Euro 2025.<\/p>\n

In a summer to remember, the Lionesses beat Spain to win the European Championship for a second time in three years.<\/p>\n

But where do the Lionesses play their club football?<\/p>\n

Nineteen of the 23-woman squad are with clubs in England’s Women’s Super League.<\/p>\n

Anna Moorhouse, Esme Morgan and Jess Carter play in the United States, while midfielder Georgia Stanway is at Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n

Which other Euros stars are in action?<\/p>\n

Spain have several internationals playing in England’s top flight, with Mariona Caldentey at Arsenal, Leila Ouahabi at Manchester City and Jana Fernandez at London City Lionesses.<\/p>\n

Germany have Rebecca Knaak and Sydney Lohmann at Manchester City, as well as Sjoeke Nusken at Chelsea.<\/p>\n

France are represented by Melvine Malard at Manchester United, Kelly Gago at Everton and Sandy Baltimore at Chelsea.<\/p>\n

There are 12 Netherlands internationals in the league too, including Lynn Wilms at Aston Villa, Danielle van de Donk at London City, and Katja Snoeijs at Everton.<\/p>\n

Sweden, who lost to England in a dramatic penalty shootout at the Euros, have eight internationals in the WSL. Among that group are Nathalie Bjorn at Chelsea, Fridolina Rolfo at Manchester United and Stina Blackstenius at Arsenal.<\/p>\n

Bjorn’s team will be in action on the opening night of the season, with defending champions Chelsea facing Manchester City on Friday, 5 September.<\/p>\n

Champions League winners Arsenal start their league campaign live on the BBC against newcomers London City, who have former England players Katie Zelem and Nikita Parris in their ranks.<\/p>\n
