It was a mini Friends reunion for Jennifer Aniston<\/a> and Courteney Cox<\/a> this week as the pair joined forces for a special Instagram video. Taking to ‘stories’, the pair surprised fans by appearing together to celebrate the release of a very special book which they described as ‘beautiful’. <\/p>\n

In the short video, Jennifer and Courtney discuss a book written by their friend, Gary Lightbody (of the band, Snow Patrol), called The Forest is the Path. <\/p>\n

Speaking about Gary in the video, Jennifer said he had, ‘the most beautiful voice,’ and pens ‘the most beautiful lyrics.’ Adding, ‘and he\u2019s a beautiful writer.’ <\/p>\n

‘If you think he writes beautiful lyrics, you should read his book. It is heartbreaking, it will make you cry and smile,’ says Courtney, holding a copy up to the camera. ‘It\u2019s a beautiful journey and everyone should read this book.’<\/p>\n

‘Everyone should read it because you\u2019ve got to smile and you\u2019ve got to cry,’ agrees Jennifer. The pair finish the video with Jennifer saying, ‘Congratulations Gary,’ and Courteney adding, ‘we love you.’<\/p>\n

Gary’s book came out in March earlier this year, and is described as a ‘phenomenal companion to Snow Patrol’s No.1 Album of the same name’ and ‘a remarkable work of narrative writing,’ in it’s official synopsis. <\/p>\n

Back in July, Courteney was reunited with another Friends cast member, Lisa Kudrow, as she shared her love for her co-star on her birthday. She also also referred to Lisa by her nickname, ‘Loot’. <\/p>\n

‘I have looked up to this person since the day I met her,’ Courteney wrote in a caption. ‘She\u2019s bold, she\u2019s smart, she\u2019s articulate, she cares deeply and loves even deeper. There\u2019s never a time that I don\u2019t feel better for having seen her. Happy birthday my Loot! I love you.’<\/p>\n
