That\u2019s exactly the style sense that Queen Mary of Denmark<\/a> showed off this week, when she joined a group of kids at the official opening of Nature Week 2025 at Ryvangens Nature Park in Hellerup, Denmark.<\/p>\n

Given the rustic nature of the event, in which the queen joined in on exploring the natural with the children, Mary opted for a low key look, wearing two-toned hiking trousers and a simple grey shirt. She added that signature polish by topping the look with a denim shirt from Polo Ralph Lauren<\/a>, and a few strategic baubles.<\/p>\n

The denim shirt\u2014a style she\u2019s sported on numerous occasions over the years\u2014in particular stood out for its ability to blend sophistication and relaxation. Styled like a traditional white button down<\/a>, the cut on the shirt is slim, lending a hint of tailoring to Mary\u2019s otherwise rugged outdoors gear that instantly elevated the look.<\/p>\n

The grey-beige (griege?) tone of the squared off style makes them an effortless neutral to add to any outfit\u2014no doubt one of the reasons that the queen has turned to them repeatedly this year for outdoor events.<\/p>\n
