That\u2019s why Britain\u2019s beloved Princess of Wales has once again taken a break from public duties with the full support of husband Prince William<\/strong>, palace sources say.<\/p>\n

Kate, 43, has rarely been seen in recent months, attending Trooping the Colour and the Wimbledon tennis tournament but skipping Royal Ascot and a memorial for the 80th anniversary of World War II\u2019s VJ Day.<\/p>\n

According to the source, Kate, who publicly shared in early 2024 that she had cancer but did not reveal what type, told William, 43, that she needed to step back from her royal duties to get a \u201cdecent break\u201d before the current school term began for their children \u2014 Prince George<\/strong>, 12, Princess Charlotte<\/strong>, 10, and Prince Louis<\/strong>, 7.<\/p>\n

However, Kate is still eager to communicate with the public, and Kensington Palace released on Instagram<\/a> the latest installment of her online series Mother Nature \u2014 a sun-drenched video featuring narration from the princess extolling the joys of summertime.<\/p>\n

As the National Enquirer previously reported, after Kate completed chemotherapy, she announced in September 2024 that she was in remission.<\/p>\n

Yet, sources say the beauty has needed to pace herself as she resumes official duties.<\/p>\n
