JLL has recruited Sam Jamieson from Cushman & Wakefield to lead the firm\u2019s Leeds-based office agency team.<\/p>\n
Jamieson\u2019s appointment follows the retirement of senior director Jeff Pearey, who was one of the city\u2019s leading office agents.<\/p>\n
Pearey joined JLL in 2006 as the firm\u2019s only Leeds-based director and grew the office from 23 staff to more than 100. During his career, he advised on many of the region\u2019s major office agency schemes, including MEPC\u2019s Wellington Place, Evans\u2019 Minerva & Capitol buildings, CEG\u2019s Kirkstall Forge and Munroe K\u2019s White Rose Office Park.<\/p>\n
Jamieson, who has been appointed director at JLL, served as a partner at Cushman & Wakefield specialising in disposal instructions and acquisition work. Prior to Cushmans, he spent six years at Knight Frank.<\/p>\n
