Back in 2017, after they rebuilt and subsequently sold their longtime Montecito home that had been destroyed in a 2008 wildfire, veteran TV and film actor Christopher Lloyd and his wife Lisa doled out $2.5 million for a stark contemporary residence in neighboring Santa Barbara. \u201cI wanted the landscape and the interiors to flow together, which wasn\u2019t the case when we purchased it,\u201d said Lisa, a former real estate agent and lifelong design enthusiast who has remodeled more than half a dozen of her own houses. \u201cNow the home is filled with calm colors, warm wood floors, and soft, rounded edges. What was once cold and hard contemporary has become soothing, flowing, and serene.\u201d<\/p>\n
